Gerard Greene is a very experienced physiotherapist who combines working in the Harborne Physiotherapy and Acupuncture clinic with teaching physiotherapy courses in the UK, Ireland and internationally. He is also a senior lecturer at Coventry University teaching on the Undergraduate and postgraduate Physiotherapy programmes, this makes Gerard one of only a handful of physiotherapy clinicians teaching Physiotherapy courses alongside treating patients.

As an experienced clinician, Gerard loves treating clients with a range of conditions from those “nasty” lower back and neck conditions to sports injuries.

Gerard is also one of the few physiotherapists in private practice experienced at treating pregnancy related pelvic girdle dysfunction. He has a particular specialist interest in the Athletic Pelvis, both female and male. Gerard has also set up a one of the UK’s only male pelvic health services with a particular focus on post prostate surgery.

Gerard’s expertise in the area of Male pelvic pain leads him to treat patients from all over the UK for this condition. He also works with Dr Ruth Jones in her Southampton clinic, Ruth is a leading international expert on pelvic pain. Konstantinos is highly specialised in male pelvic health physiotherapy and is also highly experienced in the use of focused shockwave for many male pelvic health conditions. He is one of the few UK based male pelvic health physios to have extensive experience and expertise in using focused shockwave for these conditions. Originally from Greece, he has worked with Gerard for many years as he originally worked with Gerard in his Birmingham clinic. After Konstantinos moved south to Brighton he re-connected with Gerard in the London clinic. He specialises in helping men overcome complex challenges like chronic pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, hard flaccid syndrome, prostatitis, Peyronie’s disease, premature ejaculation, spinal related pathologies and joint problems. In addition to male pelvic health, he is also experienced in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. This is invaluable in treating complex male pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia but in particular our sporting pelvic pain patients. What drives Konstantinos is not just clinical expertise, but compassion. He brings trauma-informed, solution-focused coaching and a deep understanding of the human experience into every session.
